Peel: Carefully peel the patch from its backing.
Stick: Apply the patch to clean, dry skin in the desired area. Press down firmly to ensure adhesion.
Replace: Replace the patch with a new one every 24 hours for optimal effectiveness.

Residue Removal:

To remove any residue after patch removal, wash the area with warm running water and a cloth or sponge.

Rotate Application:

Apply each new patch to a different area of skin to allow the previous area to breathe.

We offer free delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £120 (ex VAT) - this value is subject to change during promotional periods.

We will deliver to the delivery/shipping address specified on your order and confirmed in our Order Acceptance. We are unable to accept changes to the delivery/shipping address. It is your responsibility to make sure that someone is available to receive delivery and sign for items that require signature on delivery. We are not able to deliver to PO boxes. We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible if delivery to an address is not possible.

Offshore deliveries:
