Directions for use: Before going to bed, remove Patch-It from its protective wrapper and apply one patch to the sole of each foot. In the morning, remove the patches and dispose. Clean your feet with water and you are ready for your day! The patches may be sticky and brown in colour after use, or they may remain dry and white. Either result is normal.
